For 3 years we transformed 2.19 acres in in Costa Rica’s Southern Zone from raw cattle grass into a resilient home with state of the art power filtration, 5,000L water reserve with UV, solar-ready wiring, and 55+ hand-planted fruits including Blue Java Ice Cream bananas, papayas, citrus, mango, and exotics like Miracle Fruit and Jaboticaba. We’re turning our build docs, real costs, and plant inventory into honest guides.
